  1. We ship from our warehouse in Bogor to all addresses across Indonesia using JNE courier service
  2. We ship from MONDAY to FRIDAY.
  3. Delivery involving products that have embroidery will take an extra working day to process.
  4. Please contact us for more information on international shipping, we are planning on adding international shipping in the nearby future. 



RETURNS INFORMATION
RETURN AND STORE CREDIT POLICY
1. What is your return policy and what items can be returned?
We allow returns of non-embroidered items. Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days from the day the order was shipped (for local orders only) in exchange for the website's Store Credit only. We do not issue cash refunds. Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tag labels still attached can be returned/exchanged. Accessories such as arm sleeves and head caps are non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
2. What do I need to make a valid return request?
We do not accept complaints without video proof. We kindly recommend you record a clear video before opening the package for claims, returns, or exchanges- in case you received faulty goods. We reserve the right to reject return requests without sufficient proof. 
 
3. What will happen next after I request a return or exchange?
For exchanges and returns, our team will issue you store credit after you have sent your goods, and our warehouse team has received the return. Please inform our customer support if you want to use your store credit and follow the instruction given. 
4. How can I use my store credit?
You may use the store credit to place another order on the item you would like to be exchanged. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may use the store credit for any other items in our site. Any price differences will be calculated by our team and should be paid by you.

What if my order gets automatically canceled by system?
If your order gets canceled when you have secured your payment, please contact us to check whether your item is still available. If your items are out of stock, you can change them to other available items or request a store credit refund. We only offer store credit for orders that are canceled due to late payments. Therefore, we encourage you to confirm your payment to prevent automatic cancellation. You can check your order status from our website or seek assistance from our customer support. 
KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBALIAN 
Bagaimana kebijakan pengembalian SCRB?
Kami memperbolehkan retur untuk produk yang tidak dibordir. Pengembalian diterima jika paket dikirimkan dalam waktu 7 hari sejak pesanan dikirim (hanya untuk pesanan domestik) dengan pengembalian berupa Store Credit yang hanya bisa digunakan pada situs web. Kami tidak menyarankan pengembalian dalam bentuk uang tunai. Hanya pakaian yang belum dipakai, tidak dimodifikasi, tidak dicuci, dan masih ada label tag yang dapat dikembalikan/ditukar. Aksesoris seperti armleeves dan headcaps tidak dapat dikembalikan. Pihak SCRB berhak menolak produk yang rusak atau yang sudah terpakai. 
Apa yang harus disiapkan untuk mengajukan pengembalian?
Kami tidak menerima komplain tanpa bukti video. Kami menyarankan Anda untuk merekam video yang jelas sebelum membuka paket untuk klaim, pengembalian, atau penukaran - jika Anda menerima barang yang rusak. Kami memiliki hak untuk menolak pengajuan pengembalian tanpa bukti yang jelas. 
Bagaimana pengembalian dana setelah pengajuan pengembalian barang?
Untuk penukaran dan pengembalian, tim kami akan menghitung store credit Anda setelah paket dikirim dan diterima oleh tim gudang kami. Mohon informasikan kepada admin kami jika Anda ingin menggunakan store credit dan ikuti instruksi yang diberikan oleh admin kami. 
Bagaimana saya bisa menggunakan store credit?
Anda dapat menggunakan store credit untuk melakukan pemesanan pada barang yang sama atau berbeda. Setiap perbedaan harga akan dihitung oleh admin kami dan harus dibayar oleh Anda.

Bagaimana bila pesanan saya dibatalkan otomatis oleh sistem?
Kami hanya menawarkan pengembalian dana berupa store credit untuk pesanan retur atau order yang dibatalkan karena telah konfirmasi pembayaran. Karena itu, kami menghimbau agar melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran untuk mencegah pembatalan otomatis oleh sistem. Anda dapat memeriksa status pesanan di website kami atau meminta bantuan dari admin kami.
